- $30,000.00 USD monthly… Discovery of redundant and unnecessary telecommunications circuits – saved customer $30,000.00 USD monthly. A customer had been paying for these circuits for almost a year until discovery.
- Savings of $273,000.00… I could remove 3500 hours of unnecessary labor for a major cruise line by properly planning the project. Each hour was billed at $78.00 USD per hour for a savings of $273,000.00. This was for one project out of six completed.
- $90,000.00 in unreported billing… Discovered unreported invoicing that was not reported by prior PM. By doing a detailed handover and financial accountability, I recovered the initial unreported amount.
- Zoom Rapid Installation – During COVID-19 (2020), a multi-month project and completed agency installation in one week. Saving resources, time, and expenditures while enabling teleworking for over 800 personnel.
