The Hospital & Senior Facility Specialist program prepares commissioned notaries to manage sensitive notarization assignments involving hospitals, nursing homes, assisted-living communities, rehabilitation facilities, hospice settings, elderly signers, and powers of attorney.
This 13.5-hour, instructor-led program uses live instruction, guided examples, facility-based scenarios, practical exercises, and risk-management resources to help students prepare for medical and senior-facility appointments, communicate with elderly and medically vulnerable signers, recognize capacity and exploitation concerns, manage third-party involvement, and make responsible decisions about whether an appointment should proceed.
