Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This policy explains how student cancellations, Academy cancellations, refunds, transfers, and related enrollment changes are handled by Gulf Coast Notary Pros (GCNP) Training Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Students who cannot attend a scheduled course must notify GCNP Training Academy as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Academy’s designated support or contact channel so the request can be documented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation, the student’s access to course materials, and whether the course has begun. GCNP Training Academy may limit or deny refunds after protected course materials have been released, after a live class has started, or after substantial course access has been provided, subject to applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transfers and Rescheduling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When permitted, an eligible student may request a transfer to another available session of the same course instead of a refund. Transfers are subject to seat availability, scheduling, and any published transfer limitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No-Show Students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A student who does not attend a scheduled live course and does not provide timely notice may be treated as a no-show. No-show enrollments are generally not refundable. GCNP Training Academy may, at its discretion, allow a one-time transfer when circumstances justify it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Academy Cancellation or Rescheduling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

GCNP Training Academy may cancel or reschedule a course because of insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, technical interruption, emergency conditions, or other operational circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the Academy cancels a course and does not provide a suitable replacement session, affected students will be offered an appropriate refund or credit for the canceled course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Enrollment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Live courses may require a minimum number of enrolled students before the session proceeds. If the minimum is not met, GCNP Training Academy may reschedule or cancel the session and contact enrolled students with available options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Processing Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method when reasonably possible. Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time before a refund appears on the customer’s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Third-Party Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

GCNP Training Academy is not responsible for fees imposed by a student’s bank, card issuer, internet provider, device provider, or other third party unless required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Students are encouraged to contact GCNP Training Academy before initiating a payment dispute so that enrollment, cancellation, access, or refund concerns can be reviewed and documented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exceptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

GCNP Training Academy may approve reasonable exceptions when warranted by documented emergencies or extraordinary circumstances. An exception in one case does not create a permanent waiver of this policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Policy Acceptance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By enrolling in a GCNP Training Academy course, the student acknowledges and agrees to this Refund and Cancellation Policy and any course-specific cancellation terms disclosed before purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
