Effective: August 29, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Student Code of Conduct establishes standards for professional, respectful, and ethical participation in GCNP Training Academy courses and learning activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professional Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Students are expected to communicate and behave professionally when interacting with instructors, Academy personnel, guest presenters, and other students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students must contribute to a learning environment that allows all participants to engage without unnecessary disruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Respectful Environment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threats, abusive language, bullying, or deliberately disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disagreements should be handled professionally and respectfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student Identity and Accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Students must participate using their own Academy account and enrollment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Share login credentials or protected course access<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Impersonate another student<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Allow another person to complete assessments or course requirements on their behalf<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Complete assessments or attendance requirements for another student<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Misrepresent their identity or course participation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Academic Integrity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Students are expected to complete required assignments, exercises, and assessments honestly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized assistance, sharing assessment answers, falsifying course completion, or other forms of academic misconduct are prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Course Materials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    GCNP Training Academy course materials are provided for the enrolled student’s individual educational use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Students may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, upload, distribute, or share protected course materials without prior written authorization from GCNP Training Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Recording Restrictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Students may not independently record live classes, instructors, presentations, screens, or other participants without authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Academy recordings and replays are governed by the GCNP Training Academy Recording and Replay Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Privacy of Other Participants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Students must respect the privacy of instructors and other participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Personal information, statements, images, contact information, or other information learned about another participant during a course should not be distributed or publicly posted without appropriate permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Classroom Participation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Students must follow reasonable instructor directions related to course participation, technology, discussions, exercises, assessments, and classroom administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Students should avoid conduct that repeatedly interrupts instruction or prevents other students from participating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Solicitation and Unrelated Promotion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Unauthorized solicitation, spam, recruiting, advertising, or promotion of unrelated products or services during Academy classes or through Academy learning environments is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Violations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, GCNP Training Academy may take appropriate action, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Verbal or written warning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Removal from a live session<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Restriction of course access<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Requirement to complete corrective action<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Suspension or termination of enrollment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Withholding or revocation of a Certificate of Completion when appropriate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Serious misconduct may result in immediate removal when necessary to protect students, instructors, Academy systems, or the integrity of the learning environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Any refund or transfer eligibility following removal will be determined under applicable GCNP Training Academy policies and applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Reporting Concerns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Students who experience or observe conduct that may violate this policy should report the concern to GCNP Training Academy through the Academy’s designated support or contact channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Policy Acceptance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      By enrolling in or participating in a GCNP Training Academy course, the student acknowledges and agrees to comply with this Student Code of Conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
